Mainly Thursdays and Fridays, but this position also offers flex scheduling.

Provide deaf and hard of hearing interpretation for patients, families, and staff of the organization, to support the patient care needs of the deaf and hard of hearing community.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of one year medical interpretation experience for sign language in a healthcare setting required.
* High school education or equivalent required.
* National certification through the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) and/or the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc. (RID)
* Licensed Interpreter through the Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and working within a database preferred.
* Experience in remote and in-person ASL interpretation
* Experience in appointment and interpreter coordination
