POSITION
Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist CCC, 20hrs/week, flexible hours Monday-Friday between 8am-5:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for planning and administering speech therapy treatment programs for patients to restore speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders.
• Responsible for delivering and/or delegating quality patient care from admission through discharge, including patient and family education/training.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation including monitoring visit utilization and insurance authorization.
• Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures.
• Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility.

  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and current Nebraska Speech-Language Pathology licensure eligibility required.
• Valid Nebraska driver's license and proof of good driving record required.
• CPR for Health Care Provider/CPR for Professional Rescuer preferred.
